How It Works

Step 1: Sign up

Space Owners:
Create an account, upload a photo, and add a short bio so seekers can get to know you. Click “Become a HomeMe” to submit your space listing with photos and details. Once approved (listing fee applies), your space goes live.

Space Seekers:
Create an account with basic information.

Step 2: Listing or Find Space

Space Owners:
Once approved, your listing appears on the platform. Respond to messages promptly and arrange viewings through the site’s messaging system.

Space Seekers:
Search by location, filters, or map view to find garages, driveways, rooms, carports, and more. Message the Space Owner to explain what you want to store and set up next steps.

Step 3: Reserve and Coordinate

Space Owners:
You’ll get an email or platform notification when someone requests your space. Review it under My Listings and approve or decline within 48 hours. If approved, coordinate move-in through the messaging system.

Space Seekers:
If your request is accepted, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Use the messaging system to schedule move-in and arrange payment directly with the Space Owner (payments are handled offline).
